What got you into cosplay?
Well at first, it was just for Halloween but once I moved to Florida I started to go to conventions and I got hooked.
What was your first costume and why?
Sailor Saturn when I was 12 on Halloween. I loved Sailor Moon when I was little and I even carried around the comic (those skinny little sailor moon books that cost $3 before mangas came out) It was fun even if no one else knew what I was.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Lucia from Devil May Cry 2. I usually like cute things, but being a kick ass girl is fun too.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Fortune from MGS 2. It's the gun, not the outfit that intimidates me... I also need muscles...
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
My 2nd time at a convention. I went to one and was so scared I left in like 3 hours....but when I went back actually knowing what I was going to, I had a lot of fun.
Tell us a little about yourself
Hi, I'm 19 years old and I am currently living in Florida. I was born in California then moved to Hawaii for five years. Moved to Southern California for around 11 years before finally landing in Florida. Yeah, I kinda move a lot, it's herditary.
My nationality is something I am very proud of as it is very very rare and dubbed by me as super mutt! *takes deep breath* I am Jamaican, Chinese, Scottish, Salvadorian and Native American. See, my ancestors couldn't stay in one country...
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
Well, a lot of people have said that I look really nervous all the time, but I'm not really! I just fidget a lot due to the fact that all I drink is caffeine. So if you see me, it's okay to talk to me!
Oh and I admit, I do play video games and read mangas far more than I watch anime...but I love when people suggest some for me to watch!
