What got you into cosplay?
My imagination. I've wanted to cosplay since I was in high school but I never had any money for it. I always wanted to dress and act as my favorite characters! :O When I was younger the gimp way was to draw little sprite people and put clothing on them to satiate my desires. lol. What was your first costume and why?
Since we suck at sewing and it was our first time we started out with a really simple school outfit from Bleach. So simple that we just did the summer outfit w/o the jacklet lawl.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Too many. I love all my costumes. If I had to choose, I'd say my Meroko costume. Mostly because it's all pink, really cute, AND I can wear it to all the Halloween parties as a strange slut bunny angel. XD
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Too many. I always have a dream costume I'd like to make. And it's always changing.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Mikomicon 2007 was the best because it was my very first time cosplaying and I used my own hair, not a wig. I went with all my roommates and it was just really fun.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I've only done it once but it was amazing.
What was your best masquerade experience?
My friend Nick is chairman of Mikomicon. He saw me and roped me into the masquerade last minute. It was really fun though. We came up with a skit in 15 minutes and won best group cosplay. Amazing xp. We leveled up. HAHA get it?! >_> It's okay. You'll get used to my terrible puns. And enjoy it. >:3
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Only the best group award but I think that was for the skit rather than costume. ._.
Tell us a little about yourself
I love my boyfriend Shyot. He is the best boyfriend ever and I love him with all my heart. :3 He is an amazing cosplayer and most well known for his amazing Bridget costume. :D <3
I am not to be confused with the Japanese AV (porn) star Aoi Mizuno. It just so happened one day an upcoming porn actress has the actual first and last name of Aoi Mizuno. lawl. So when I google my alias I find her porn videos. o.Oa
I am currently an Art major emphasizing in Graphic Design. I love designing and making things pretty even though I'm not earning too much yet. I also have a side job designing websites, logos and other things. My hobbies are obviously anime, manga and video games. Aside from that I do love the arts and make time to go to art shows and exhibitions when possible. Oh I also LOVE singing. I've been told that I have a wonderful voice but it's a shame because I have terrible pacing. ;_;
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
Yes. I am known for being all kinds of crazy and enjoy making terrible puns and making sure everyone around me notices it.
