What got you into cosplay?
I saw others doing it and I wanted to also. I pretty much live in a make believe world as it is, always getting into other characters personalities, and this is just a better way to do that.
What was your first costume and why?
Qusitis from final fantasy VIII. I was playing a L.I.F.E game down at a minor con we have in Biloxi, and you have to choose from a list of already made characters to roleplay as. I wanted Tifa, but she was taken. So I went with my next favorite chick from the final fantasy games, Quistis, who wasn't taken.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My favorite costume is my Filia outfit. I just...LOVE it. I have ALWAYS wanted to cosplay Filia, and as soon as the costume started to take shape I absolutely fell in love with it.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
There is a jester outfit from Langrisser which I would love to cosplay.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Eh, the most memorable? When I ran around for the first time in my Filia outfit. I was so happy to be wearing it, but people kept stepping on my tail. xD
Do you participate in masquerades?
I've participated in one, and it was at Katsucon 12. I hope to be in many others though.
What was your best masquerade experience?
So far it would have to be our L-I-N-K skit that we put on at Katsucon 12. It was so much fun, and it was only for fun. We really didn't expect to get out there and win anything. We just wanted the audience to like it.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
No, I've never entered a judging.
Tell us a little about yourself
Let's see...not in school right now. I just recently moved up here to Baltimore, after my home was completely obliterated by Hurricane Katrina in August '05. I was up here for Otakon and just hadn't left yet, and I kinda.. MOVED up here. Right then. Since all my stuff was up here anyways. ~.~;; I had been planning on it for a while though..

Chobits, Dragonball Z, Trigun, Sailormoon, Tenchi, Slayers, Gundam Wing, Photon, Master of Mosquiton, Bastard, Princess Mononoke, Inu Yasha, Escaflowne, Ranma 1/2, Saiyuki, Fushigi Yugi, Queen Emeraldas, Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, GTO, Fruits Basket, X, Please Teacher, Saikano, Wolfs Rain, GTO, Love Hina, Sorceror Hunters and that seems to be all that I can remember at the top of my head. I know later on I will jump and scream." I HAVE ANOTHER!" but it's alright. ^_^;;
