My name is Randi. I'm 22 years old and I have been cosplaying since 2005. My twin sister and I have a cosplay team called "Split.Image.Cosplay." and we tend to stick to cosplaying as twins, duo, or couples, however we have different tastes, so we sometimes cosplay from different series from each other.

What got you into cosplay?
The costumes and creative outlet itself. I remember spending hours looking at cosplayangel.com and wishing I could sew cosplays like she did.
What was your first costume and why?
My first cosplay was Fighter Angel Daisy. My twin sister, an old friend, and I wanted to dress up as a group, so we dressed up as the Angels of Love from Wedding Peach.
What is your favorite costume and why?
It's hard to say, I really put a lot of thought into the costumes I choose to cosplay. But I'd say it's a tie between: Takuto from Full Moon wo Sagashite. Even though I'm too short, I :HEART: this costume. I've remade it three times, and it helps me it know and love the character even better! Which makes me love the costume even more. Any of my Naruto cosplay from Naruto. I love how outgoing I can be in the costume, and how most people love to participate in the activities with me! I get to interact with the people around me so freely, because is so open and loud, and most people know who I am! ^______________^ I like my Momiji cosplay too. The reason is very much the same at Naruto, I can be loud and even a little annoying and hyper and get away with it. Like I said it's hard to pick because I really do love all my costumes I choose.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
~Seriyuu no Miko (Laser Disk verison) ~I saw L-Lamb's New Years Momiji. I hope one day to make the costume and suprise even her with the outcome! ~Kyuubi Naruto ~Princess Tutu ~Whole PoT group
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Seeing the response of my twin sister and I as Naruto and Sasuke. Seeing the response of us as the Hitachiin twins. I think being with my twin-kle in general is the best experience ever.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Yes. I don't like to compete for awards so much as just going to stage and presenting the costumes and sits, and having fun. I like hearing the audience's response. I would much rather hold panels and help in events than enter contests though. Some of my favorite times have been giving panel, judging contests, and holding cosplay events!
What was your best masquerade experience?
Performing our FMwS skit. My sister and I thought long and hard on that skit, as well as practiced like crazy. The skit has held a piece of our heart, as it is from out favorite series of all time Full Moon wo Sagashite. Just being able to perform it was a great joy. Have you won any awards for your costumes?
I won 3rd place on Craftsmanship on my Princess Mononoke/San Cosplay at MechaCon 1. My very first award. XP That was such a crappy costume too. XD I've also won "Best Skit" at MechaCon 2 with my cosplay partner, Miaka2u. We were in our Full Moon wo Sagashite cosplay. AWA 12. My twin and I entered as 12 year old Naruto and Sasuke, and won "Best in Show - Novice Division." It was a great honor. That award bumped us up to the next level in catagory in awards, Journeysman. " SASUKE SASUKE! We passed the Cosplayer Chuunin exams!" XD quote by me. Tell us a little about yourself
Well, I'm a twin. We cosplay together as a cosplay duo called "Split.Image.Cosplay" I attended a Christain Intership called: Teen Mania: The Honor Academy, and I intend to go back after I graduate college to the other program there called Center of Creative Media. I live Louisiana currently. I'm majoring in Visual Arts with the concentration of Computer Animation. I am a Christian, and proud of it! I'm a Narutard. Crystal Renee is smexy. XDDDDD
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
God is above all in my Life, he's is my savior, Father, my guidance, and will ALWAYS be! I believe with all my heart he is really, and If anyone cofesses TRULY in their heart, that he is Lord, that they WILL be saved from the damnation of Hell.
