What got you into cosplay?
It's something I always wanted to do, but never really had time. I got invited by some friends to Midlands MCM 2007 Expo, and hopefully I'll keep cosplaying!
What was your first costume and why?
The first costume was probably Lara Croft for a fancy dress party. Although, the first proper one is Yuffie Kisaragi from FFVII:AC.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Yuffie! Because she's such a cute character, and it's a really comfy costume.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
+ The sakura kimono girl from Kagrra,'s うたかた (Utakata) video. + Rufus from FFVII (for my sister) + Shuuji and Akira (joint with my sister) + Nariko from Heavenly Sword + Many people/ghosts from Project Zero (or 'Fatal Frame') + Some of the Little Apple Dolls! I need masks first... + Juliet from Romeo x Juliet (I need a Romeo...)
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Being chased by Rude after I stole his bomb
Do you participate in masquerades?
I've only participated in one, and one really small one. I'm shy so getting up on stage in front of people is scary to me, but I'm trying out more confidence!
What was your best masquerade experience?
Actually winning something! I didn't think I'd win anything, and it's a good boost to my confidence.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
3rd place at Manchester's Collectormania, as Gogo Yubari and a mini-award, at Tokyopop Re:Con in Chester, also with Gogo Yubari. It's the weapon, I'm sure.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm a Japanese teacher! I get overly stressed when exams are mentioned! I'm in love with video games! I collect dolls! Most of my free time is taken up now with cosplay related stuffs and cosplay friends related stuffs! Oh, something important I should mention: I'm colour blind so if you notice some of the colours aren't accurate on my cosplays, please don't kill me! I want to be independant, and I get a good feeling of pride when I complete a costume and get told "actually, that's not far off..." Yay for primarily black and white cosplays!

I love Babbit! I over use the phrase "super happy fun"! I'm a super happy fun haafu!
