What got you into cosplay?
My step-sister went to AWA before I did and would talk about it alot as well as dress up for it. At the time she went, she claimed I was too young to understand and attend, so in 2002 when she couldn't be able to attend, I was able to go, and though it was only a three hour visit... it was enough to get hooked on! Now I've started to expand my cosplaying horizons beyond my home state's #1 con towards near by cons in other states... For the record, I consider myself a video game cosplayer as I play games more than watch anime. I have favorite animes... but they aren't the type of animes I'd recomend for the light of heart, unless it's the Miyazaki films.... then is all good ^_^

What is your favorite costume and why?
My favorite costume thus far that I've done/performed in would be my Reno costume. What started out as a five minute closet cosplay for a anime club's halloween party now became one of my well used costumes. I seem to identify more with Reno in personality rather than matching up 100% to the character, though I will say I do good at matching as close as possible with him, but it won't win any cosplay contests I know that for sure... When I'm Reno, I feel more outward to have fun than just sit back and chill. Being in that costume, I can play out his character extremely well, and yes I do tend to say his infamous tag word "Yo" alot when in costume XD. Axel and Demyx comes in a close second tie. Nothjing is more fun than dressing up as two of the most popular Organization XIII characters and having a ball without looking like you're very much ooc.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Heck yea! Joachin Armster from Castlevania: Lament of Innocence, Kadaj from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Vincent Valantine from Final Fantasy VII series, and... Vampire Hunter D from Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Oh golly, LOL it would have to be at Anime Weekend of Atlanta 13. I had to open my mouth last year and say "hey! It's have a organization XIII takeover since next year's con year is 13!" Well... with the help of a friend, the takeover was fun. But what was the kicker was a fellow Georgia cosplayer I know. I don't know her real name, but she goes by shino-tenshi on DeviantART. Anyways, Friday night she was a halloween town cirus ringleader Axel which was pretty cool, Saturday, she and I were both normal Axel. But on Sunday... heh heh, I had no clue what she was wearing and I had been months past been planning to be Reno on Sunday for kicks! Well, I got on the escalator going up into the convention hall and there she is coming done...... as Reno. I look up and smile, saying "Hey Shino!" And she looks down at me and says "STOP COPYING ME!" and we burst out laughing, with me saying "I had no clue you were dressing up as Reno, I swear!" Ah, good stuff... as the old saying goes, great minds think alike. LOL

Just about all the Miyazaki films, Tokko, Serial Experiments Lain, Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, Keno's Journey, Black Cat, Ouran High School Host Club, Trigun... and the ones I can't think off the top of my head x_x

Kingdom Hearts 1, 2, and Chain of Memories, Ecco the dolphin series, Sonic Adventure 2 for the old Dreamcast (it should of ended there Sega! You've really butchered the characters' life histories afterwards!), Castlevania: Lament of Innocence, Okami, Assassin's Creed, Resident Evil 0, 2, and 4 (Leon and Billy are so hot...), Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess, the Simpsons Hit and Run, and of course all of the Final Fantasy VII games!
