What got you into cosplay?
I wanted to cosplay since I was 9 and went to a Sci-Fi con where I met a 6 foot tall Klingon who scared me a little. As I got older I wanted to try cosplay, but my friends made fun of me for wanting to cosplay, so I didn't. Then last year I was told something very important that made me stop caring about what my friends think. That important thing was the following: "Do you know what cosplay girls like most? Cosplay guys." To this I replied "Looks like I'm going to cosplay". Sad, but true that's how I got into cosplay.
What was your first costume and why?
I went with two to my first convention. They were Reno from FF7 and Icchan from Angelic Layer. I began working on Reno first because a friend told me that I should go as Reno. Then shortly before the convention I thought it would be fun to go as Icchan so I did it.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Right now, Reno. He's a fun character, despite the fact he keeps getting beat down. I really like his battle pose and while in my Reno attire I feel cool. I want to impove my current version, but even as it is I really like it.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I want to dress in armor. Ever since I was a little kid I wanted to be a knight. So I want to dress like Parn from Lodoss War or Raven from Fire Emblem 7 or someone from Scrapped Princess.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Getting a hug from a cross-play Rufus while I was dressed as Reno. Joke all you want it made me smile.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Nope.

I'm a writer, but not published, yet.
I play the sax and the flute.
I make AMVs, I bake, read manga, play video games, and study, study, study.
I'm a college student and I spend most of my free time hanging with friends or working on my artistic projects.

Hm, nothing comes to mind... yet....

Nah, nobody would get that reference....
