What got you into cosplay?
Other cosplayers! Admiring those costumes and seeing some of my all-time favorite characters get cosplayed as by others is what hooked me. I became so addicted to the world of cosplay that I wanted to become a part of it- even if I'm one of those people who mostly lets others do the sewing work FOR me. Ahaha....I can't really sew. .....YET. >:3
What was your first costume and why?
My first official cosplay was Duo Maxwell from Gundam Wing. I wanted to go as someone I was familiar with, and as somebody whose outfit wouldn't be difficult to put together. So I chose Duo, and I wore him to my first convention! <3 It wasn't my most perfect cosplay, but it was totally fun nonetheless! I even got hugs from some Duo fans~ XD
What is your favorite costume and why?
Probably my most favorite costume ever was the ones I put together back around 2007. I was going as Ryo Sanada (from Ronin Warriors), in both the outfit he wore in the first 2 OVAs AND the Wildfire armor. Sadly, no one recognized Ryo if he wasn't in his armor when I went to the convention I made those costumes for. XD That armor was the only costume I ever made with my own bare hands, and even though it was incredibly challenging to work on Ryo's armor (my first armor, nonetheless!!), the end result came out great. I'm extremely proud of those costumes. I worked hard to get them looking good, and I'm glad people acknowledged my work. <3
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
It'd be neat to create costumes of some original characters of mine, to be honest- but I'd have to practice my sewing more before tackling that kind of cosplay.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Showing off my Wildfire armor at SakuraCon 2007. I was cosplaying with 3 of my friends who were playing other Ronin Warriors characters. It wasn't easy walking around in that thing, but what made me ignore that was all the attention we were getting! Many people knew who we were and took pictures of us! It was AWESOME!!
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Sadly, no. ^^; ...but getting recognition for who I'm cosplaying as is an award for me. :)
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm in community college and am planning to transfer to a university afterward. I have parents, grandparents, a little sister, and many relatives in the Philippines, as well as on the east coast. I absolutely love drawing, music, and playing on the computer. ...and yes, I'm an anime/manga/cosplay fan as well. Would I be here if I WASN'T? XD

Yes. ........I am a huge dork. XP Nothing more needs to be said. LOL!

Sailor Moon, Gundam Wing, G Gundam, Gensoumaden Saiyuki, Fullmetal Alchemist, GetBackers, Yami no Matsuei, Ronin Warriors, D. Gray-man, Super GALS!, Trinity Blood, Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Ouran High School Host Club, and many others that I can NOT remember at the moment~ >.>;

Dance Dance Revolution!! <3 <3 ....and a couple of Wii games as well. Current favorite? Wii Music. 8D

Just to name a few that I grew up to love: Duo Maxwell, Cho Hakkai, Edward Elric, Ginji Amano, Asato Tsuzuki, Sage Date, and Yu Kanda. *drool* <3
