So I've been working on Toushiro Hitsugaya's Zanpakuto, Hyourinmaru. I found the right paint to get a silver finish on the blade (I used a regular Bokken) and need to apply maybe a coat or two and it should be done. As for the actual (and perhaps most important feature) guard, I'm still wondering as to how to do it. I'm thinking of carving it out of wood, any suggestions?
