Damn.... this took a lot of sanding.
Here's the prototype cast in bondo and sanded/cleaned up. All that's left is to polish it up, cast it in fiberglass, and send it off to the vacuum metalizer.

Of course, the visor area looks cruddy. I never bothered fixing that because it's gonna be cut out anyways :P
