I'm TOTALLY out of character here, but this photo really captures the fun and joy I had while cosplaying as Fran at AX this year. Tony Quan was the photographer, and he really captured something with this photo, I think. The awesomely awesome StripperVash as Balthier is in the background, being his awesome self. I think him being in the background really makes this picture--I had so much fun cosplaying with him!

In case anyone is wondering, my darkened skin was not the result of a fake tan or bronzer, but Ben Nye stage foundation with a translucent powder to set it. I had the makeup a lot darker the night before, and on this day I went with it a little lighter. I'm still gonna have to fiddle around with it until I get it to my liking...
