This picture shows off the wings that I made for this costume. They're made from foamcore, craft foam, and plastic wrap. The coloring was done with Sharpies. They attach to me by magnets, which snap in and out of two snaps attached to the flat side or to the edge of the wing, depending on how I want them angled. The other magnets are stealthily hidden under my clothes (I made sure to buy magnets that were strong enough to hold firm through two layers of fabric).

My body position is a little weird in the picture because I was having issues with the wind. Jason rotated this picture so I'm facing upwards, but when we took it, I was basically bent over backwards so that the wings would stay facing out.
