Ok so Fran has a distinct shape on the front of her bodice and in order to mantain that shape it needs something strong enough to hold it. The chiffon I used for the front is not strong enough to do so, so I used clear vinal. I know a lot of people go with the two peice bodice method, but I thought this looked more accurate.
