bonus: no need for a blindfold!
All I did on this costume was make the dress and hat. Daguru yuckied them up and made the awesome mask. He also sculpted and cast my pipe by hand, so I can have a plastic one at cons! Actually, that's not true. This is a real pipe. It did get confiscated at ACen. But I got it back, with use of gentle force. You can fill in the blanks.
