The Target offbrand is "Durabuilt".

An easy pvc bash. The spotlight was from Target.

Most the pvc/drain bits screw/slide onto each other. The only seal you need to make with epoxy putty is where the barrel meets the spotlight. The PVC is heavy, so use 2-3 layers of expoy putty.

The funnely bit in the back should be attached with gaffer's tape; the AC recharge socket is here, so you'll want easy access. :D

If you want to make a filter (cut a bit out of a plastic folder in your team's color) for the beam, attach it at the end of the barrel the furthest away from the spotlight - the light gets very hot, so you don't want to melt anything.

The hose, which is not pictured, is split-loom. Anything else was too heavy for my liking.

Another small detail I added later was the switch. I attached it under the funnely bit and ran black & yellow wires from the switch to just under the handle.
