So, I haven't actually seen Death Note, but I would say I've had it explained to me by enough people that I don't feel uncomfortable when its referenced.

Our Rem (Cloaked Schemer) took the train up to Chicago to do a photoshoot, and asked me last minute to make a Misa costume. So I stayed up all night patterning and sewing a corset, and this is the end result. I guess...even if I gotta do something simple...I wanna do it right?

Anyhow, this shoot turned out awesome. Many kudos to Yui for the photography, and to Cloaked_Schemer for talking me into it and being such a scary-looking Rem. o.o
