Not too shabby.

1. Oh, look, it's our old friend "4IN CORR HUB FIT ADAPTER" from Home Depot. This is the same drain pipe bit used for the muzzle of the medigun.

2. However, my friend, you are too tall, so, let's chop you down to size. We may cut you down even more, but this is good enough for now.

3. Set the 100 DVD/CD spindle on top the pipe bit. This spindle has a black center dowel, so no painting required.

4. Glue 3 or 4 of those clear spacers together. You could also use CDs/DVDs.

5. Cut the syringes. We will *not* be drilling holes into the center ring because the plastic will shatter.

Needles will be made from some spare floral wire with the cloth wrapping removed. Final number of syringes will be 8.

6. Need to fabricate a cap for this end. I may attach something to the outside of the spindle, but I am leaning towards gluing some CDs together and inserting them *inside* the cannister.

So, yay for an easy mockup. This will be assembled and painted in a day or so.
