My prop for my Ammy cosplay. I'm sooooo proud of how this turned out, considering it's my first real prop. And this pic captured the colors quite nicely too. ^__^

It's made with 4 cardboard cake circles with holes cut out of some to make a layered look. The rivets and rings are made with Sculpey, and then the whole thing was painted with Acrylics and given a 'weathered' look. The flames were just some shimmery fabric with flames shapes cut out and then hot-glued to the back. XD Let me tell you, hot glue is my new best friend. =3 Oh, then elastic straps on the back so I can wear it like a backpack.
