The following have been done to it:
-stuffed back of the head so 'hair' stands up better
-Took in torso, upper arms, and lower legs to fit better.
-Padded out top of thighs and front of chest
-Realigned the zipper.

Still to do:
-Take in top of collar
-Shave down the ears, at least the back of them
-Style some of the fur on the face...
-Add bigger claws?
