This is the harness I used for Megacon. It ended up riding up my chest, but I also bought it at the 11th hour. So, little time to mod.

This could actually work out, but I need to address the following:

* Seat pack attachment clips higher up so the pack doesn't sag

* Move shoulder straps closer to the front of the belt (they are currently more at the hips) to be more on-model

* Adjust shoulder straps to be tighter -- this and the clip issue made the pack sag and shifted the belt to my chest. Anyone who is skinny (me) or has a small torso will need to mod the shoulder straps -- you simply can't cinch them tight enough as-is.

* Replace the leather belt with something more on-model.
