And I am sad my seam looks bunchy, it usually doesn't. The topstitching I did next to the seams must be interfering with the draping. Anyways, I did manage to find one in-game screen shot that showed the back of her vest so I was able to get the details down; like the slits, and the shape of the neckline, and the topstitching.
