We were in the middle of a rather large city, so care had to be taken to try and keep the modern architecture out of the days of King Louis XV. This closeup just worked wonderfully, with the foliage in the trees giving some natural vignetting to the photo, giving it what I think was an old-world portrait look to it.

Thanks to chobrat for risking the massive poofy dress of doom against grass stains and for getting some nice shots from the set.
