Inspired by a fan art I found on Deviant Art, I wished to see more pictures of the Lady Pyramid Head. So I started to draw, and photoshop... and what you see is literally my drawing come to life in all detail. I combined aspects of Silent Hill 2 and the movie (mostly the movie) and taking my gender into the factor... ta-da! MISS Pyramid Head.
