I need to cosplay Scarlet sometime. Especially if I can find a Shinra group or something... Unfortunately, that only looks sort of like her dress from the lower boob and up. Just below the bust, there's some gold detail, and the dress ends above my knees, so this particular dress would never work for the actual costume, BUT.... I had to take this picture before I cut my hair short (for Yuffie).
