Rough foam buildup for the head. It is built on a construction helmet's band. There is 10 ga. steel wire that attaches to the band and follows the jawline and out to the bottom jaw. 1" elastic running under the jaw will make sure the mask's mouth moves when I talk. The eyes are temporarily affixed with hot glue to ensure good field of vision and help with the carving of the foam. These temporary eyes are just halves of a ping-pong ball painted yellow. The foamy nose is temporary as well. This is all 1/4" foam.
