Here’s a pic that shows the back of my new Count D costume. Although I’ve done multiple outfits for him, I try to pick different styles and thought it would be fun to try a tailcoat, which I’d never done before. ^_^

There wasn’t a back reference for this particular outfit and the artwork was inconsistent about the shape and length of the tails so I improvised a bit. I chose to make the tails ankle length and rectangular and I added a pair of buttons and tassels to the back to make it less plain. The button and tassel arrangement is based on the back of a couple of similar coats D wears in the sequel.
