Ike's sword, base of it done. The blade of it is three layers of this nice, thick, hard cardboard I got off some box, insulation foam hilt, all on a 3/4" dowel.

Edges of the blade are cut down at an angle, need to be filled with wood putty or something, then I need to carve down the hilt and build up the designs on it.

Then gesso, resin coat, and paint.
