New costume!!!

I just got back from Fanime, and I couldn't wait to post a photo of my new Selphie costume! Final Fantasy VIII has a very special place in my heart, and while Rinoa and Squall are my OTP, deep down Selphie is my favorite character. :D Me and her are both hyper and bubbly, so it seemed appropriate for me to cosplay as her.

You can't really see the details in this (or any) photo, but I am SOOOOO proud of this dress. ;______; Since it was so simple, I wanted to do something that made it look awesome, so I topstitched the whole thing! I also paid crazy attention to details, like the frayed edging along the top of the dress. My sexy Quistis Solaria made me those awesome nunchucks!!! I can't wait to see the photos of us together. :D OMG I love this costume! So comfy!
