I originally made this a one piece sword (was pressed for time to make it before the convention), but am no turning it into a two piece like the game sword. Here I've sliced it in half and embedded magnets into it. Now, I had to use some extra foam insulation to make the magnets stop wiggling...I kinda made the holes a little too big and all the glues I had at the time melted the styrofoam, so yellow foamy stuff it was!
