Spotlight is found at Walmart or Target. The PVC pipe is 3inches wide, it needs to be cut from a longer piece (usually a 2ft or a 5ft piece.) I cut mine at 10inches long. Everything else a hardware clerk should be able to find for you, given you have this pic with you. Happy Cosplaying!
