Copy to Jeugo. This is his pic. I put it up for those asking about how to make one for themselves.
Spotlight is found at Walmart or Target. The PVC pipe is 3inches wide, it needs to be cut from a longer piece (usually a 2ft or a 5ft piece.) I cut mine at 10inches long. Everything else a hardware clerk should be able to find for you, given you have this pic with you. Happy Cosplaying!
EDIT: I no longer make Mediguns using a spotlight. The spotlight required to be constantly charged and was very heavy. They are now made with LEDs.

Yes, you're right. The same went for Juego. He bought the disks but ended up not using them. They are for the sides of the medigun, where the handle is supposed to connect. The original medigun has those huge screws and round plates, but they proved to be cumbersome and impracticle. So, you do not have to buy the extra toilet flap parts, just one for the end.

I know one of the caps is to project the end while you paint but what is the other cap for? could you repost your close up pics with lables of which parts go where? obviously most of your pics are pretty self explainatory like the pipe and flashlight Did you use everything in this pic? like all those black disks or did you just use one?
thanks so much for posting this...you're helping medics everywhere you tf2 saint!
