So since my first progress pics I added another bit of wire detail that followed the tubing around the cup. I wanted to soften and hide all the rough edges around the entire piece, so I used that Amazing Mold Putty stuff that you see on the infomercials(it's actually sold in my craft store) and stuck it in all the crevaces. I added the tube details on the inner side, as well as some craft foam cut and glued between them. I added a little more to be that little strip curved over the tubing near the wooden knob. The last detail was a half circle shape of wire, but I wanted something more than that, so I cut off part of a small hindge and glued that on instead. After another coat of flat white paint I topped it off with glossy. All that's left is to repaint the top of the wooden circles grey and give a coat of sealer. Oh yea, a strap and buckle too will be needed to secure it around my arm.
