It took hours of handsewing to complete (the design and trim are seperate pieces that I had to sew on). My fingers hurt after hours of crawling around on my hands and knees as I attached the trim around the design and the design to the coat. But in the end I was proud of it. It was my most difficult costume to date, there is no question about that. Its not a perfect design, I don't pretend it is the best one out there, I'm just proud of the final result.

I don't look a thing like Fai so maybe I like this pic cause you can't see my face XD!! Anyway, I was lucky enough to take some fun pictures out on the snow back at Katsucon 2006. I've worn the outfit for an entire year and now I feel it is time to retire it. So this is probably the last picture I'll be uploading of this outfit. I've chosen one that shows the work on the coat and makes my staff look pretty good too.
