Heres the progress of the sword of Dios I made for my friend Kara to go with her Utena costume at Otakon. I haven't actually attached the blade to the hilt, so I just kinda shooped it on there to show what it would sort of look likeXD I etched a design on both sides of the blade to make it look a bit fancier than just plain flat silver. The bottom red part looks ugly right now lol, but I am going to be adding some rose petals to it so it'll flare out a bit. Theres alot painting touchups that need to be done, which is probably apparent in these picsXDD Everything is made out of insulation foam, sculpty and dowl rods.
