I decided to make this costume about a week before the convention. It only shows up in the manga while Ashura is showing Fai's past to Kurogane and Syaoran. Since there isn't any color images of it I decided to make it light blue to match Ashura, versus going with his normal all white outfits. (I'm sick of white)
