So far I must say that the drying time is horribly under exaggerated. After minutes of drying it still stays sticky when I touch it so I guess I'm going to assume its supposed to be like that? Once you put make up on it or paint, then yeah the stickiness.

I didn't buy the pigment dye because my whole face will be covered with white, red, and black paint so it doesn't really need the skin tint dye as shown in the video.
