If I haven't mentioned it before, it's made from chicken wire, beef clothe, and 26 cans of Great Stuff, an expandable urethane foam. I built the wire up around the stilts and crutches (I made some crutches out of basic items from a hardware store). The wire gets covered in a stretchy cotton clothe, then covered in the foam.
