So here's the begining of my Steampunk Dalek. It's loosely based on promus-kaa's design.

Right now it's a wood base along with the treads. The tank treads will not be supporting any weight. They will simply be dragged along so they may turn. 2 liter bottles seemed to be the perfect wheels.
