D*C is coming up too soon and my zombie makeup too late, so I'm switching to the only other Discworld watchman I'm suited for (despite being too tall - I'll try to mitigate that in pics).

So far, just assembling my gear. I need to rust up the chain a bit, find a less fancy clipboard, and make a "Specials" badge.
