Gah, Finnally done! Now to just put them togeather. The spray paint I used scratched and smudged, but it made it look like real metal XD

Thanks everyone! What I did:
Used Round children helmets (baseball would be better but I used bicycle) used Plastic epoxy to fill the holes, and used Silver Car Trim for the edges (of all of em)
The flat pieces I used Plastic Styrene sheets. I spray painted the plastic before putting on the car trim ^^
