Thanks everyone! What I did:
Used Round children helmets (baseball would be better but I used bicycle) used Plastic epoxy to fill the holes, and used Silver Car Trim for the edges (of all of em)
The flat pieces I used Plastic Styrene sheets. I spray painted the plastic before putting on the car trim ^^

If you hadn't said otherwise, I would never have thought that wasn't actual metal. ^^;;

How...did you do those shoulder pads. O.O!!!!! I have a character who has slight shoulder pads..and I am just dumbfounded @__@
