So, I finally found a good shot of my Sophie costume. ... well, the top half anyway. and with my fantastic Howl, portrayed by the Lovely Lizzie.

So, this costume was literally being finished IN THE CAR on the way to the convention. There's a bunch of things I don't like about it, and I'm hoping that I can go find more of the same fabric, and sorta... half-remake it. I think I can salvage and take-in the current sleeves, and re-use the back piece. I think. the sleeves are salvageable for sure. I'm just not very happy with the fit. or how high my waist gathers wound up being.
