I used Ben Nye Magicake Aqua Paint in Cosmic Blue (CF-62) and also got one of their paint pencils in the same color for touchups and details and stuff. I'm trying to remember which Tulip paint I used, since it was a few years ago. I'm going to guess its the lighter of the two, but you might want to bring the Ben Nye pallet to your local Joanns or whatever and compare them side by side to make sure they match. They ended up being really close, and I didn't have to alter either of them to get them to match, which was awesome. I sprayed the lekku after I had sewn the pantyhose and stuffed them (I think you should just be able to google a tutorial on this, since thats what I ended up doing. I think I found something on theforce.net) so I could make sure the coat came out evenly. The face paint also goes on very easily; I just used a damp makeup sponge, and powdered it after to set it.
