Cottingley the Clockwork Faerie
A good overall picture of the whole costume: There will be some repairs, tweaks, and additions to this costume, but this went very well for a first time out.
The name Cottingley comes from a town in England where, in the early 1900's, two teen girls took some photographs which, when developed, included fairies in the images. The pictures became famous, and experts and even Sir Arthur Conan Doyle insisted that the pictures had not been faked. Much later in life, the two cousins, Frances and Elsie, admitted that 4 of their 5 pictures were not strictly authentic, however the 5th one, as well as the fairies in it, were real.
