I'm usually too shy to ask other cosplayers for photos with me, but the Simon knew my friend and they were both really nice so I was able to get a shot with them! Even though it's a bit dark, this picture makes me smile. Simon & Nia are my OTP!

I decided to bring back my original Nia since I would only be at the con for a bit on Saturday, and evidently I can't go around without a costume because my IQ drops and I start speaking Octopusese and bumping into walls. But I couldn't find the upper arm bands, so I made some new ones the morning of the con while I was waiting for my friends to get here. I had to make new beads and ankle straps for the shoes, too. I'm kind of glad I made new arm bands, though, because I have a COSPLAY SECRET: My old ones had the triangles facing the wrong way. Instead of being point to point, they were ass to ass. So the new ones are finally correct. I'm triangularly dyslexic.

Right now, I'm watching a show on the Science Channel and the narrator keeps saying "spiral galaxies" and it makes me lol.
