this is be with my binding vest on wit the harness. you can kinda see how it sits on the lower part of my back. how the human body is built- it's the best place to have the wings positioned. this way it's your hips that do the carrying not your back. also major point, I have padded strap on my sides, totally suggest you do this if you have a moving wing, you'll bruise if your straps arnt big enough-trust me.
