If one bundle of extension hair isn't enough to wrap the entire odango, pin / glue another bundle inside the hole on the bottom, and repeat steps 5 - 8 until the foamcore is covered entirely with extension hair.

You may want to wrap the foamcore with more than one layer of fiber to keep the core from showing through the fiber when it shifts. The more fiber you use, the better.

Just remember that:
-many thin layers of fiber are better than one thick, bulky and uneven layer
-every single hair must be 'glued' to the others with hairspray, so work with small strands of hair at a time and spread them out evenly so the hairspray can get everywhere
-you should not let fibers criss-cross randomly. Wrap them around the foamcore in the same direction and place them neatly side by side
-when you have two odango, wrap them in a symmetrical pattern
