The boots for my Vexen cosplay; found them at a thrift store originally for $20, but after seeing that the zipper on one was starting to go I got them to mark them down to 15. Since they're not QUITE perfect (not up to the knee and I have to watch the zipper and all; though I voluntarily opted out of the knee-high thing since I'll be wearing these things almost in the summer), I'll keep looking for the perfect pair, but for now these work for an acceptable boot.
