So, the title is taken from a track on Morning Musume's new album (that is BEAUTIFUL) with a loooong name that basically means, "On a planet without rain, wouldn't it be impossible to love?" Yeah, I know, that doesn't make much sense (though in Japanese culture, maybe it does?), but it does feel like something philosophical to ponder. Especially since all the rain on Saturday at Momocon made everyone ABSOLUTELY miserable. That said, have some more Sheryl!
