I'm sure this could've been done far, far more easily, but I've had fun so far with it. Hopefully it'll turn out well!
Blade came from butchering a wooden jian (which took far longer than it ought have -- surprisingly hard wood!). The hilt's a wooden pole for base, secured with epoxy putty, and the detail work and crossguard have been built up using epoxy putty, paperclay, craft foam, 3D fabric paint, and shish kebab sticks and superglue for some base stability. Just needs the pommel built up, and then it'll be ready for sanding.
