This guy at Anime Expo was selling a program called Topaz that works as an add on to Photoshop. I couldn't resist it. I used it to boost the resolution on this background from FFIX. I'm pretty pleased with how well it worked, not to mention how quickly. )Yes, this shot of me is taken from the other pic I uploaded.)
