I just finished up these chompers today, and I have to say that I'm extremely happy with them. =D I love going the extra mile with costumes, and making Soul's teeth was one of the funnest projects I've done.
They're made with pure Sculpey. First I made a thin cast of my teeth and chucked the casts in the oven. Once they hardened I was able to sculpt the teeth on top of them and bake it again. Then I just sanded them down and made them smooth and voila! All done. I can talk pretty decently while wearing them, too. I just have problems with "S" cause the teeth force me to have a slight lisp. xD
I also upgraded the wig a little bit so the spikes are a bit more to the side rather than on top, but you can't really tell in this photo...
*yes, I know Sculpey isn't the most sanitary thing to put in my mouth, but I'd only be wearing them for the hours I'm at the convention so I figured it would be fine. It's non-toxic, anyway.

I keep trying to do this myself, but I can't get a casting of my teeth DX It just keeps sliding off or bending when I take it out. Guh.

Very nice work! I never thought of using Sculptey before! I was actually going to buy a set of teeth online, but this will be a little easier on the wallet if I get around to making them.

Awesome work on the teeth, I never really thought of doing that- using the sculpy. But it makes sense. And honestly I don't think they're any less sanitary than the plastic teeth you get for vampires. XD
